Refund and Returns Policy


Our refund and returns policy is we will meet our obligations under any relevant laws within New Zealand.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not offer refunds for ‘change of mind’ , please ensure the product is the right item before purchasing. if we have advised you that the item should be the right part for your particular application based on our experience and you still believe the part is the wrong item you will need to provide evidence that the advice given was substantially incorrect.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. In Some circumstances where we may at our own discretion cover the cost of return shipping.
